Ingredients: Tomato, Free Range Beef, onion, carrots, celery, extra virgin olive oil, nutmeg, ginger, rosemary, red wine, sulphur dioxide, salt.
Weight: 220g (serves 1) or 400g (serves 2) with 100g of dry pasta per person.
Suggestions: We recommend for pasta shape and taste; Fettuccine, Penne or Pappardelle. In Italy serving this dish without parmesan would be a sin. For wine; a good glass of Barbera.
