Probably one of my favourite dishes, because it is simple, nutritious, and it reminds me of only positive memories.

Ingredients: Free range beef meat, gluten free bread (contains soya, sunflower oil, potatoes and rice starch, tapioca, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, rapeseed oil, linseed, apple extract), tomato, onion, basil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, nutmeg, chives, lactose free cow's milk, parmesan, dairy, eggs, salt.
Weight: 500g - Serves 1 Main or 2 with Pasta (8 balls)
Suggestions: You can choose to serve these meatballs with pasta or with boiled potatoes or over rice. Personally I enjoy it over Parmesan Mash Potatoes. If you are looking for a green side; what about our Pea Stew or some boiled green beans? For wine, we suggest a glass of bubbly red Gutturnio Wine.
