Ingredients: Tomato, Aubergine, Onion, Basil, Oregano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Weight: 600g is enough to cook pasta for 3 or 4 servings with 100g of dry pasta per person.
Suggestions: For a brunch option pour the Aubergine Sauce in a terracotta pot, with a spoon make a little hole to break an egg into; place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minute (check the oven), in order to get a warm sauce as well as softly cooking the egg. Finish with fresh Basil leaves. When possible share in bed with your partner with a large glass of Prosecco with at least 7 raspberries in the glass. Don't forget some toasted bread!
