Description: This is a classic Italian dish, a balance of sweet and bitter vegetables chunks. My Mamma used to prepare it at least once a week, we all loved it.

Ingredients: Courgette, green beans, swiss chard, tomatoes, potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, chives, garlic, extra virgin olive oil.
Weight: 350g - Serves 1 or 2 when adding some rice/pasta
Suggestions: Simply add a bit of water, warm up, and enjoy! If preferred it can be blended. To share; add pasta or rice. Along side a glass of light red Schiava wine .
